Why Real estate? I never imagined we would land here, but I'm so glad we did! I'm Derek Leman, and together with my wife—Brenna Blocker—and a small team, we do Real Estate! We've been helping people find the right place to call home since 2017.

Our slogan is "Sell Smart and Buy Beautiful," because that is what we help clients do every day. Serving Buyers, Sellers, and Landlord Investors, we provide services for Leasing, Buying, Selling, and Renovating residential properties.

For Buyers, we bring expert help in understanding home repair issues and long term maintenance—something to start thinking about when you choose a house to buy. We provide expert help because we manage rental homes and we are always involved in repairs and renovations. We bring extensive market knowledge and we know Greater Atlanta like the back of our hands! After scores of contracts and clients, we know how to negotiate and also how to make the process easier for you. No home is too expensive or too affordable for us to offer representation.

For Sellers, our services include smart repair advice so you don't spend money that won't bring a return in the sale. Professional photography and tons of experience listing and selling homes help us help you sell at top price. Our market knowledge helps you understand the likely time frame and response from potential buyers.

Landlords, we manage residential properties and offer leasing, management, renovation, and other services such as assisting with difficult tenants. Landlord investors buy and sell with us because we understand the rental market.

Outside of Real Estate, Derek enjoys reading, writing, and studying theology (and some fiction also in the fantasy genre). Brenna loves gardening, interior decorating, and caring for pets and stray animals.
